To start of we had to escourt ourselves to a table, secondly the waitress when she was taking our orders, she wasn't even paying attention to us. She asked us to remind her several time's what we wanted. Thirdly our food comes before our utensils and beverages, we had to ask for our utensils when the food came, and we had to ask for our beverages twice. Fourthly we had to ask for the bill four times, and it was from different waitresses and waiters. Fifthly the waitres tries to ripe us off saying we must pay additional to the money that is already settled, and she claims to be a cashier. We had come to dine in, in the wimpy. We had ordered 2 milkshakes, one toasted sandwich, and an iced coffee. We had to cancel our order as after 10 minutes of waiting we were then informed that they didn't have ice cream, it took them so long to inform us. How could they not have ice cream as it was only 10 am? We had asked if they couldn't go to the spar 2 doors down to get ice cream as a lot of people came for the milkshakes but they said no. We recently traveled to Kokstad. Went for lunch at the Wimpy in the new mall the servicer was sweet but unfortunately the food was a disappointment. The chicken wings was discolored and the food I ordered was cold and over cooked Service Dine in Price per person R 400–450

Wow the service was so on point! From the warm greet by the sercurity at the door before they sanitize you hands to the prompt service with minimal waiting time at the counter. There is this lovely lady, Nanzi😊 who assisted me with such care. She gave me the best service I have ever received. The precautions taken to ensure customer protection during covid 19, it was definitely worth it to go inside the shop.
