I've been here many times but have never reviewed. Willy McCoy's always has decent food options. Went here with my family on a Friday night. About a 30 minute wait and they don't accept call ahead or Google reservations which I tried first before arriving. The old fashion drink special was below average with lots of ice and mixers. The side salads we all had were tiny with very little lettuce or toppings. I had the firecracker burger which was quite good. Lot of flavors and a little spicy. My mom had the walleye fingers, I tried one and they tasted fresh with a good beer batter and cooked perfectly. Service was attentive and timely. Pistachio crusted walleye was terrible, breading was burnt and that’s the only flavor I could taste. Willy McCoy burger was average at best. Green beans side I had was VERY good. 2 for 1’s on beer was awesome. Our service was solid and attentive. Hosts were absolutely delightful. Place is always packed so I had high expectations for food.
