Nice chill spot with some awesome pork. “I’ll Have The Pig” is a must dish and the BLT was not too shabby either. Finished of with a glass of Eagle Rare puts a good perspective on the rest of the day. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Eagle Rare 10y Single Barrel
Food was delicious. Staff was friendly and stayed on top of keeping our drinks full as well. They have a kill Bourbon selection as well. Love when they get really hard to find Bourbon like Van Winkle, Eagle Rare, Weller ect in stock of course. Bar tenders are always friendly and quick with knocking out great pours. Visited again July 2023 and still outstanding staff with great service. Lot of high end drinks especially if you like Whiskey and Bourbon. I got the last pour of a Weller Single Barrel bottle tonight. Visited again Sept 2023. Same friendly staff and amazing selection. Nice restaurant right on Main Street. The draft beer I had was an excellent stout. The house salad was fine. Maybe I’m spoiled because I just returned from a road trip through Appalachia and had some of the best pork belly in the world. I ordered the sweet and spicy pork belly sandwich and the thin slice of pork belly was at the other end of the spectrum. They somehow managed to cook the meat to well done while leaving the fat grotesquely chewy, tough, and down right unpalatable. Too bad because the sauce and coleslaw on top was quite good. I’m disappointed, but I suspect they do better with other dishes. The server was quite good. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
I will preface by saying I’ve been going to William Oliver’s since they opened their location in Fort Collins off Timberline, some years ago. It has always and will continue to be a great experience. They opened another location in Windsor and I remain impressed and happy. They have come a long way with menu options and all the ones I have tried have been top tier. I ordered online today due to time constraints and all of the food tasted, fresh and delicious. That being said, dining in their establishment will always be the best choice in my opinion for the atmosphere alone. You don’t want to miss out on William Oliver’s! I just moved here from the east coast and didn't know anyone. The staff at WO has completely taken me in and treats me like family everytime I come in. Alex is the most amazing bar tender she's always ready for anyone who comes in and makes everyone feel right at home. She's always got a clean bar and makes amazing drinks! Malachi makes amazing cocktails and is on point with making new and amazing drinks for me every time I see him in. The kitchen staff are great I've never been disappointed with food when I order. Much love to everyone who works at William Oliver's and I'll forever pick this bar over any other. Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This place is great and is a much needed spot for Downtown Windsor. We only had appetizers and drinks in this first visit but everything this was great. The drinks are fantastic. This is a great place if you like Whiskey & Bacon. The time it took to get drinks was way longer than it should be and the waitress seemed to still be learning the system but for being there in their first couple weekends and at a busy time, it was ok. Again, we loved the drinks. I’m looking forward to trying a few of the meals and can’t wait for the patio to open. Welcome to Windsor. We stoked that you’re here! Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $30–50
One of THE BEST places in Windsor for delicious, reasonably priced food. The salads are phenomenal and always fresh. The staff are super friendly, attentive and personable. One of the bar tenders, Charlie, is one of the funniest and kindest people you will meet. He is a true artist when it comes to mixing drinks; I have yet to taste a better Ranch Water anywhere else. Had lunch with some buddies at this new bar and eatery. Downtown Windsor, easy parking, great service and cool vibe. Started out with the Pint-O-Bacon which is 5 strips of normal cooked bacon and a side of maple syrup in a shot glass. It was just okay nothing to write home about. Followed that up with the Getting Piggy with It sandwich and a side of potato salad. Potato salad was pretty dang good and had a great taste. The getting piggy sandwich was lack luster, stale taste, burnt pork belly and lack of taste in general. The bread and filling ratio was so skewed it was mostly bread sandwich. At $16 for a small sandwich with no taste at all is highway robbery. You are gonna need a stiff drink after getting the bill for this weak sandwich. I like the vibe, so I may be inclined to give this place one more try. Not sure. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
This is a surprising little place. They are open until 2am which is unheard of in Windsor. It’s a cozy bar, with a huge selection of adult beverages. The prices are fantastic! A glass of house wine is under $6.00. We did not eat here but did have dessert and it was delicious. Will definitely be back to eat! At my recent visit to Oliver's I was lucky enough to have Alex as my bartender. She was very up beat and comforting. She was quick with the drinks and genuinely excited to be surviving me and had a great enthusiastic attitude towards the bar she was running. Made me feel very welcomed and glad to be there.
