I like this bakery because of the free wifi and the many available tables in the spaces attached to the shop. Their pastries and coffee are delicious and the fresh bread looks good too.

I got a chocolate croissant, and i knew as soon as i pulled it out of the bag it was going to be bad: it was HEAVY, and that’s not a word you would ever want to apply to a croissant. I took a bite, and as expected, it was not light and flaky. I pulled it apart and besides them veering from the traditional “tunnel of chocolate” (looks like they just put in some small chocolate wafers) the layers weren’t even cooked all the way (and much too thick). I binned it. I got a cronut donut which was just okay (too tough on the outside).

Thank you! My dog, Allie, loved the cupcakes, but had a tough time sharing with the other dogs. I would definitely buy them again to celebrate special occasions!

Fried Croissant
Tried them for the first time a few days ago. Was super excited. Left with disappointment. Bought the cupcake and a croissant. Croissant was tough and cupcake was super dry and so was the customer service. I had never been there and asked 1 or two questions and was met with short attitude. I definitely wont be back. 🥴
I purchased a dozen chocolate chip cookies from Wild Flour today and they were the best chocolate chip cookies I have had in awhile. They were sweet and soft and were not messy at all. They have plenty of other pastries and breads and I hope to review more of their deserts soon!
I am a huge fan of croissants and Wild Flour is my new go-to bakery. First, I have picked up treats here at least a half dozen times. Every time I forget to take pictures as the enticing smell calls and before I know it my tummy is fed and my camera roll is empty. Their croissants are perfectly flaky and buttery. I’ve also enjoyed their almond croissants and chocolate croissants although I feel the dough for these is heartier to hold up to the fillings. My husband always enjoys their savory muffin-like cups. The danishes are also to-die for! They are sweet but not cloying. My daughter enjoys the cinnamon rolls. Although they are still great the next day, fresh baked pastries are always best on the same day. If I could pick up fresh baked goods from here everyday, I would!!
With EVERYTHING being so expensive now days I at that point we’re I’m ok with spending a few extra bucks for something that is delicious 🤤 and when it’s locally owned even better!
I picked up hamburger buns- they were delicious. Didn’t have a big selection- but I was also there a bit later not long before closing. But with the quality and the freshness of the buns will bring back and I’ll just go earlier and see what they got.
Stay tuned… (I’ll update, when I’m able to get over there again)
We were so happy they make cronuts. We bought them during the week and they were excellent. We went on Saturday and bought them. When we got home and ate them…BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I went back Wednesday and asked why they were not cronuts, she said the baker on the weekend does not know how to make them properly. They are aware that they are not cronuts but regular raised donuts. There is a big price difference between the two. I did not receive any compensation. I paid 15. For raised donuts…what a rip off.
