I go after visiting a friend. I go late at night, so there are only 1 or 2 people working. It takes a little time to get your food, but it is worth the wait. There is an older woman and younger man who work at that time. They couldn't be any nicer. Big smiles and extremely polite, which is uncommon these days. I like the food, but the people keep me coming back. Get the sack of 10 cheesy burgers 🍔 with cheddar, delicious! The wait time was crazy, but I understand that it is due to them being short-staffed. Nonetheless, the food was hot and the server still had a smile on her face. Nothing bad to say about the place. I do drive thru on this one, but the food is good if you like some White Castle, and the counter staff are friendly and helpful. This store has the longest wait time that I have ever experienced in a drive thru. Not only that, the people working there don't even greet you while you're at the window. They just carry on like youre not there. It would be nice to speak and give an estimated time if they knew we were going to have to wait in the drive thru for 45 minutes +. Please do better. Why did they build 2 drive thru lanes when one is closed with a orange cone in front of it since they built the 2nd drive thru lane ?! . They got rid of the dining room on the inside. The service is slow as a snail most times. I walked in to place a order and waited 35 minutes before the employees quit slacking and actually realiZed I had been standing in front of the window on the tiny inside area now. 25 minutes after that I finally got my food. Rude employees, bad service. After all of us customers waiting months for this place to re open it's honestly worse than before. They should have just closed down. Idk what white castle was thinking but they totally destroyed this location. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

When it's 3am and the McDonald's employees on Brooklyn Blvd and west Broadway ignore you and dozens of other customers, white castle comes in clutch. When they're your late night munchies saviors, it hits different and the gratitude makes you savor every bite. Shout out to the employees that kept the white castle running so late into the night. My experience was great. I was amazed by the indoor/outdoor upgrade. It's beautiful. However, now there's no indoor seating ijs for MN. There should b indoor seating too!
