This Saturday afternoon was very busy with birthday celebrations and Valentine luncheon, yet staff was delightful and service was swift.

Very disheartening. Will not eat here again ever. I have eaten here for years, ordered cakes, but was just treated rudely. I asked to sit in cushioned area at 2.05. Was told no. Waitress on break. 10 minutes later, man comes in, sits on cushion. My back was hurting.
Guess only one person could work the area. Now they close at 3. Not busy. Guess that was why soup wasn't even hot. Barely warm. Croissant was cold and tough. Tomato slice was about 1/2 in diameter on half sandwich. Lately cakes have been dry. Italian creme has. Like I say, I'm not coming back. The wood backed chairs are tough on back. I went for peace and sweetness. Sure didn't get that. Even from management with the pony tail. No consideration. Well it has been one year and I still haven't been back. Still feel the same way. Food isn't that great at all...
