First time trying this establishment. Good food, great tasting Coke, and I love the size of the sauces. Their “sweet” BBQ sauce isn’t really sweet and is probably one of the best BBQ sauces you’ll get from a fast food joint. The only thing is that you pay for the sauces so make sure they don’t completely forget your ranch that you pay for before you drive 20 minutes away. That sucked. Ordered curbside. Food took 15 mins longer than what was estimated but they were busy so I won't knock them for them. Burger was good minus that the there was hardly any sauce or toppings on it. So we love this place and will eat here sometimes 2-3 times a week. But this time , I want them to see one of the best employees. I watched him from running a grill in the back to running food outside. Picking up trash and bringing our food to us.. super nice and ready to help out wherever he could. This restaurant gets a A+ with customer service, and cleanliness. The burgers were not that good, disappointed…. the cheeseburger was not that good either the cheese was not melted on the burger. It is a very unprofessional working environment or anywhere for children to be. Me and my family went to eat last night. and they gave a woman's food to a worker. Had already been half ate and she walked in to get her food and they handed her a 1/2Eaten bag of fries and she threw it straightened trash and walked out. I would have did the same thing. And then wanted to say that they were gonna put their hands on me and my family because my husband said that he was going to leave them a review. I just would never go back to eat there again. I will be going to the one in the town next to me, not in gulfport. Like I said, they are very unprofessional and our food was cold. It had been sitting there for ten minutes while we were waiting on it. Stopped in for breakfast, I was the only vehicle in line in at 6am...it took about 15 minutes! Normally this is where people complain. I would like to thank the staff for everything being made fresh. Awesome Whataburger location. Staff was super friendly, restaurant was nice and clean, and the food was delicious. We were passing through early in the morning, so I got the breakfast burger and my wife got the honey butter chicken biscuit. And we also got a double meat burger and fries to bring home and save for later. Food was delicious! We have eaten here several times. Food is always pretty good. Service is hit or miss. This time we ordered online for pick up. Had to go back.. they forgot our salad. Always very friendly. Restaurant is clean and well maintained. Easy in and out of parking lot. The picture is not of an item on the menu. We do low carb so we buy a burger and take it home, take the buns off and put the inside on a low carb wrap.
