This place is the horrible to eat. We had gone there to eat dinner. We walked in but needed to look at the menu, and NO ONE was even in the front. We had to wait almost 10 minutes. They all looked like they were lost and no supervisor to be seen. Finally ordered and went to our table and waited almost 15 mins for our food. Finally the food came and burger were cold. Whataburger has really good burgers AND the pancake platter is as close to home cooking as it gets. I'll just never understand why they don't hire more cooks to get the food out faster which would bring in more customers. It shouldn't take 30 minutes MINIMUM for a burger and fries. I'm sure people (especially me!) would go more often if it wouldn't take so long. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered with nobody else in the facility- a rush came in and was served before us. An hour went by and they kept saying it’ll be right out, then they asked for my receipt to make my food. While being there, the cashier scanned her phone app for our order to receive the points, instead of asking me for my app. The guy cleaning set chemicals on drink station- then refilled the ice machine and handled the ice with his bare hands after emptying the container of ice. The staff started arguing about my order because they were all putting random food on the counter, bagging random food, and taking food out of bags. The lady gave me attitude as she handed off my bag instead of just apologizing. This was for sure the worst experience I have encountered at a Whataburger. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Casual burger joint serving large burgers. The chili burger was tasty with the right amount of kick. I have to split it with hubby because it has a large bun, definitely not the average-size brioche or burger bun. We were a large group, but service was warm & friendly, and they introduced us to their special Whataburger spicy catsup, which we liked. The cheeseburger didn't stand out save for its being large. This branch was clean and had ample free parking. Restroom was clean. I guess it's true that it's "bigger" in Texas. Whataburger is one of my all time favorites, just an awesome burger. And something about the ketchup...just different and better. Customer service is always top notch in all my experiences at all locations. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of my burger, but this is the way your tray should look anyways.
