My friend and I went to this Whataburger on Jan 26, 2024. We ordered a sausage taquito, and a honey butter biscuit. It literally took them 15 minutes to make two items. The taquito had little egg mixture on it. Other stores, it's way more. This isn't our first time coming to this store, we've came several times before. This location is very slow both drive thru and the lobby. The employees are very slow paced, & talk amongst each other instead of working on their speed. We will not be visiting this location again. Every time I come here lately it’s a problem. Between my burger being a mess, my order not taken correctly & things they didn’t hear me say or add on to my order and then charging it. If you mess up, I want my stuff to be free. This is ridiculous, it’s continuous for a 20 minute wait & nobody know I wanted fries or a shake. Get it together. The food was good. We got our food fairly quickly and it was all correct. The bathrooms were clean and the dining area, but the only problem were the two pictures on the walls on either side of the dining area covered in mold. Just replace the frames and people wouldn't have to look at it as we're dining. This location has gotten better in the last few months compared to the last couple years. My order hasn’t been wrong in months and curbside has fritter gotten quicker. Now I only wait a few mins vs the 20 min wait in the past on curbside. Today my food took a little bit to come out so they brought my drink out early and apologized. So nice! Stopped in for a quick Honey Butter Chicken biscuit meal and was not disappointed. Cashier was friendly/efficient. The meal was out quickly and was hot & tasty. Thanks!

I despise this location. If you go through the drive-thru... CHECK YOUR ORDER!! This location ALWAYS shorts me an item. Tonight was my onion rings. Go to the 336 location. Update: Decided to try the location again for breakfast. And.... they didn't give me my hash browns. Charged me of course then probably "forgot" them. Never coming back.

I leave my home about 20 minutes earlier than I need to leave in order to be able to get some breakfast and I do mobile ordering well ahead the app says my food will be ready in 3-8 minutes (should’ve been ready by 6:05 and it is 6:20 and my food and still not here. I am a nurse and cannot be late for shift work and this is terrible service. This is the third time this has happened at this location Service: 1

The service here has really gone down hill lately. Tonight we did an online order and after waiting for over 20 min and watching other vehicles drive past us getting their food, we spoke to a staff member who was bringing food out to the other cars and he said it will be out in a moment. We waited a few more min and then went to speak with the manager about our issue. Instead of getting our order made she brings us back cash.
