I'm giving 5stars for just this day because it was outstanding. I can't say it's been the best all the time I've been. Michael B that took our order and served us at the drive thru was AWESOME. Updating. Waited 20 min. Ordered food and my burger only got one patty. Thanks guys y'all are doing great! Didn't get to eat on my lunch break because I waited in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes at the window. It took three employees to do one thing and then once my food was finally finished it sat at the window for 5 minutes so my food wasn't warm. The order ended up being wrong. I left there not even 5 minutes ago, I had the simplest order. One sausage ranchero B.O.B with 2 sausage patties. Got charged for the extra patty, yet the B.O.B had only 1 patty. This is why I do NOT support fastfood workers wanting $15 per hour. Food: 1 Service: 5
