Some of the worst service ever. Ordered through the app with avocado on one of our burgers. One hour later they come out with it missing the avocado, and upon asking for a refund or some sort of compensation they say no. Alright food, but if they get your order wrong you’re expected to pay the price. That avocado is not cheap. They don’t care about the customer one bit and it shows. Awful service. Drove thru drive thru at 3:30pm on Tues 1/30 & nobody was there to take our order, so drove up to window to order & Nobody was there either , had to go park & go in the establishment to order. My husband brought me a Whataburger & some onion rings. He ordered NO pickles on the burger. I've never eaten a whataburger & onion rings that was so disgusting as this one🤬 The burger had pickles & the vegi's were just in a pile, w/a pile of mustard & the onion rings are burned🤬 the lettuce was nasty & old!! One too many times has this location disappointed my wife and I. I’m not one to complain about anything, especially about food, but when my burger patties were still pink/raw, wait times for the counter were 10min+, and a manager’s incompetence outweighed customer’s request, I’d say I will no longer be returning too this location. I have been coming here with the wife for just over a year and a half and everytime there is a long wait, either at the counter or drive through. Food is either wrong or completely missing, drinks follow suit, and manager’s capabilities fail to exceed that of a 5 yr old, it begs the question of “How?” How is it still operational? My order was 40 minutes late! Ordering online is supposed to make things easier! Whataburger is one of my favorite places but the Quinlan location really needs to step it up! It seems to get worse everytime I order! I checked in at 1:09 pm which was 7 minutes after my order should have been ready and I didn't get my order until 1:35 pm...This is ridiculous and I'm extremly frustrated! This is usually a great place to stop after work but I have never had to wait 20 min for eggs at this location... this experience was awful ...I made a mobile order at 1050 and got there at my pickup time of 1105 and was there till 1030 waiting on my food while they waited on everyone else immediately, I have never been so infuriated ever.. ive worked in fast food and I know it can get backed up but this was ridiculous... I stood at counter for a full 10 min while Mgr Jerry watched me and never offered to help. I learned all about your labor hours and business. An employee either on break or off had to holler counter twice. He finally sent someone to find counter person to whom I assume was on a break to wait on me rather than help me himself...leadership skills here needs lots of retraining. Delicious burgers, finally got to try Whataburger after hearing about it for years now. They don't have this chain in Kentucky where I'm from so naturally once I got to Texas, my friend insisted on us going for me to try Whataburger and I'll say I was duly impressed with the food and the service. Atmosphere was a bit quiet and down when we were there but that's likely because it was very very late at night. My first experience at Whataburger was great! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean. The food was delicious! I had the Bacon & Cheese Whataburger. The fries were hot, fresh, and tasty as well. The strawberry shake was on point. I’ll definitely visit Whataburger again whenever I’m in the area. There are no Whataburgers in Indiana. We definitely need some after my experience.
