This is the worst Whataburger location ever. A while back I kept complaining about tea watered down. Took them 2 months to fix that. Always get the orders wrong. Then yesterday I found a hair in my breakfast bowl it was very very long. My sister invited me for lunch. I ordered a salad. I did not request another salad. I just ate what was good in my salad. The edges of the lettuce was expiring. I'm leaning more on vegan meals. However, there are other options for those who enjoy eating a juicy burger. The place is perforated with too much coffee. It was hot outside made the place feel stuffy. I have gone several times and everytime they forget to add spicy ketchup after specifically asking for it. This last time I was giving a sprite that tastes like carbonated water. I've always gone to this Whataburger because they always gave me my food hot. Lately it hasn't been this way. I got my food cold this time around. I took the food back so they can give me my food hot all they did was refry my fries or something because they were just warm. They weren't hot as if burning my mouth when taking a bite. McDonald's fries, in a different oil. With better meat on the burger than mcd's. Shakes are artificially flavored like McDonald's. Fries were old- from the morning.
