Drive thru order. Waits 30 min for fries…….. doesn’t even get fries. Please communicate if there are issues. Nice clean restaurant friendly people great service. My gripe is when did Whataburger change their meat patties. The meat Patty today is a small pressed meat patty. After eating probably 10,000 whataburgers in my life I'm disappointed with the meat Patty let's go back to the old way Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Abysmal is the best way to describe the overall service here, especially if it's late in the evening. Anytime I've ordered, even remotely the wait time tends to be absurd. However tonight I stopped by because they didn't seem busy and nothing else was open, pulled up to the drive thru just as the car in front of me pulled forward. I probably waited close to five minutes without anyone even registering I was there. I generally avoid this location because I tend to get better service from any of the other businesses around, and I doubt I'll be willing to go back. Meal type Other Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I love having dinner here at nights because of Joy. Joy takes the orders at the drive through but always knows my name and order when I eat in. She goes above and beyond. Since she has been here things have gotten better. Before my orders were always wrong and the employees seemed like they hated their job. Now, things have gotten better. Joy is a delight and a great example of a great employee. Waiting in line at 10pm for 25 minutes in Front of the speaker after no response I pl to the window for everyone to walk away. Didn't and don't care about customer service. People that live in Benbrook would find it quicker to go a couple towns over to order from any other fast food than this place. And I say all this with 3 cars in the whole line of the drive thru. The place was very clean, food came out super fast and was hot and delicious. The staff there are probably the nicest people we've ever had wait on us. We used to live in Texas and came down from Seattle. Been a long time since we've encountered such friendly wait staff. Came here on NYE morning, and had great food. Didn't catch her name, but whoever the lady was who was carrying food out to cars was HUSTLING! It was 1:30 pm and we got the only clean table in the place. No one was cleaning up. Slow service at the counter. Food was good as always. The whataburger app shutdown every time I tried to us it. Stopped for a BLT Sandwich and had to explain what it was because they didn't know what we were talking about. Later said after taking our order, ok please wait. Came back minutes later asking if we're still there as if they were hoping we left. Then at the window said that they no longer have a BLT and they had to ring it up by ingredients.
