Just got an online order and when I got home to look at my order I was missing 1 drink, 2 fries, and my triple meat burgers were double meat…. I paid almost $100 for my order and to not even get what I ordered and the drinks had most of the ice melted so it tasted horrible plus the food was cold… this is an extreme rip off I do not recommend anyone to order online and if you do make sure you check your order and open everything which it’s a shame having to do this because establishments should be more responsible with their clients orders … WHAT A SHAME!! A very fast and efficient burger joint. Always have a smile and I never have a long wait. One of the only 24hr fast food places in town so it's awesome that they run it so smoothly. Great service except in the evenings. Employees on phones, pretend fighting, and not working. Night manager was too busy texting to notice. I waited 27 minutes on my meal the last time I was there in the evening. Daytime is great - fast friendly service. It's four stars for a Whataburger, other than being asked exactly which ingredients I want on my #2 at 1am. I asked for a #2 with a coke, give me a #2 with coke, don't ask me if I'd like to individually add every single ingredient you offer. They also forgot my fries, which I had to go back for.
