The cashier on the drive-thru intercom was very pleasant and patient. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was less than desirable. All of our drinks had spillage that left the outsides of the cups messy and sticky to the touch. Our food was room temperature and the coffee was lukewarm. Not pleased!! Drive thru ordered #5 and chicken salad. $23.00. Paid at window 5 min later I was handed the bag and thanked. I asked about salad she had no idea what I was talking about. She spoke to others and asked me to pull up. We pulled up water 15 min and finally my wife went in to find out issue. Nobody upfront to help manager came out of office and started yelling at employees and we received the salad. I check receipt on bag it was for a WB less cheese and tomato not the #5 I ordered. 20 minutes total to go through a fast food drive thru nobody was ahead we were only ones online when we ordered and still do not get what ordered in a reasonable amount of time. Been going here for about 6 years and it's definitely the best Whataburger I've been to. Have only been to Dallas and northeast Texas locations, but this is by far the fastest drive thru I've experienced. Never had an order incorrect either. Very polite staff over the years.
