I would give no stars to this location if I could. They’re always incredibly slow if you’re doing curbside. I stopped going to this location for about a year, but I decided today to give them another chance. I’m yet again disappointed because they forgot my milkshake. My first time at a Whataburger. I’m from Wisconsin and not use to places being air conditioned so cold, Jean noticed I was cold and brought me her sweater. She really went above and beyond. Food is always great. Service is always slow. We ordered delivery through their app instead of third party, and it took over 1 hour and 15 minutes for it to arrive. I have to say the food is great place is clean !! The reason for the low score is the manager “Joan” was ragging on a poor kid airing his laundry to random customers! Saying she has asked them to move him to another store and then complaining about her boss just moving him to maintenance and then back with her and she wishes he would just quit. As a manager you are tasked with keeping employees information private and not telling random customers about certain things I could imagine this is a toxic workplace especially with Joan at the wheel. I ordered a #20 meal. They charged me for a apple juice and taquito only. I tell the guy at the window I ordered a meal. ... what's the difference of that... He stared at the computer and asked if I wanted to pay for the hash browns. I asked how much that was... He said 2.50 I said but that's more than the meal costs, I wanted the meal? FYI the meal only costs 6.38, I paid 6.37... So anyways he just looks at me and shrugs and says I don't know. At this point,I just roll up my window and leave because I'm frustrated and maybe he's new. But he definitely needs to be trained on what to do if that happens. i was in a hurry to get to work and didn't have time to deal with it. I work in the service industry, I get it. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff seemed pretty nice. My drink was bad and had no syrup in it, my fries were cold, my burger was cold, and also made wrong. I asked for mayo and mustard on it and was given mayo in a small container, not on my burger, and no mustard. It also had a hair in it. Maybe spend some more time making fresh food instead of trying to hurry people through the line. I'd rather wait a few more min for quality. I was actually quite grossed out by my order.

The burger was juicy and cooked to perfection. The bun was soft and fresh, and the toppings were well-balanced and added great flavor. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal. I would definitely recommend it to others.

2nd time eating at Whataburger. They don't disappoint. I got exactly what I ordered, it was pretty empty when we gpr there but the drive-thru was really busy. I wish we Whataburger closer to Wisconsin. Will definitely return! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Wonderful. The food was very hot. The entire dining room was so clean. The drink station was clean. The condiment area was well stocked and clean as well. The restrooms were very clean. The employees were working really hard. No loafing. Smiles and welcomed as you enter the dining room. Order was taken accurately. Food arrived quickly too.
