Why does it take so long for an order to come out? You sell burgers! Just load up the grill when its busy!!? What do you think your next order is more than likely to be?? A burger!! Stopped on our way to Lubbock from Eagle Pass. Very clean and well maintained! Customer service is great and well mannered. Kids love the burgers and the fries. Always a quick stop to fill up. Very clean restrooms as well. Recommended it!

Food is okay but how come it always takes 45 minutes for me to get my food? I mean this is a billion dollar corporation yet my food takes 45 minutes for me to receive. Please fix this issue. Hire more people or something, I mean chick-fil-a service has yall beat times a thousand they’re running circles around whataburger. Do better.

I've eaten here and it's pretty good. I just want to warn paying customers about the one on Knickerbocker. It may be the worst one in Texas. Very subpar across the board. Beware.

I have been chanting that New Jersey needs Whataburger for years. It's not that we need any particular help in eating large portions of addictively delicious food. It's the customizability, endless fancy options not available at McDonald's, and the plethora of sauces. I accidentally grabbed spicy ketchup, and wasn't even mad. Not to mention, the fries are like when McDonald's gets them right - you don't get stuck with 1/3 of them being inedible. Trying to consume that entire #2 double meat burger meal as a skinny Jersey girl was an endurance test of my jaw's ability to chew. I got the meat sweats. It. was. awesome. Worst experience at all whataburger ever.... did not eat the food, had to throw it away. Burger tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned in months, spite had zero syrup all carbonation, fries had no salt and couldn't be eaten..... called as we were already way down the road and only passing through and the manager wouldn't do anything about it. Had to throw food away and stop and eat at another fast food restaurant. Years ago that whataburger was great... won't ever go there again Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

The young girl at the counter was kind of apathetic. I like to order using the app and do a dine in or carry out. She acted like what I was doing is alien. Oh my god this last time that I went to Whataburger with my friend we got so scared cause the guy ahead of us was placing a order and when the cashier said it’s going to be whatever the amount was he’s like I don’t have any money and he all like put it on the house and she like no he started getting all irate and started raising his voice he kept putting his hands in his pockets like he was going to pull something out me n my friend got out of their as fast as we could now days u never know what people are going to do we really thought he might of had a gun his pocket just looked way to bulky I rather be safe then put us in some situation that we had the chance to leave other then that the cashier lady was nice and the building was clean Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Biscuits and Gravy

Very busy drive thru but the attendant Adrian believe that's what his name tag said was extremely nice & considerate came to check on us in our vehicle considering they had made 2 drive thru lanes but food was great & there were no mistakes.
