Whataburger generally provides good service and food but they to work on the time we spend setting in the drive through waiting to place an order and waiting to get the order. I have been disappointed a couple of times in past few weeks. On one occasion my burger didn’t have a patty and I have yet to hear from anyone after submitting an inquiry to customer service. On a later visit, I ordered 3 shakes and waited 15 minutes or more in curbside. I had to call and ask why it was taking so long. The shakes were then delivered in minutes. Yum Whataburger has been on my mind since moving to Houston. I finally made it here. The orders are prepared after you order meaning that they are not pre made and sitting under a heat lamp. I enjoyed it thoroughly. The store was clean, well lit, and well attended. The staff was courteous. I’ll be back to try other menu items. It literally took them 47 minutes to go through 11 cars in a drive-thru I really do not understand what makes them so slow. any customer can complain about anything that doesn't mean that the whole line should be suffering. Being at this Whataburger on ce and had a bad experience so it was unfortunate that I am sharing this review yet I felt that it was appropriate it is my second three-star review out of 300 plus five-star reviews on my Google maps congratulations.

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. We ordered a variety of burgers. I had the jalapeno cheese burger. Really good. One of my daughters got the Dr Pepper shake. She said it was great. The restrooms were acceptable, but needed a little attention. We are just passing through, but will visit again if we see one.
