Cozy shop with really cute aesthetics. They do soft serve on tea and have ice cream! The teas are reasonably priced. The matcha was very good. The tarp soft serve was yummy but the bubbles were not soft or sweet I was a bit disappointed. The tea itself is fine but the bubbles need improvement.
