Definitely worth stopping for while shopping. We came on a Sunday afternoon a little bit after they opened. The pretzels were awesome and fresh. The wait wasn’t too long.
So expensive for low quality pretzel ! They were not good. Super thick and still mushy inside . Like my pretzel wasn’t done or it’s just too much dough . I wouldn’t recommend. Auntie Ann’s is the way to go .
The three young men working the evening of Friday 7/29/22 were so extremely kind to my daughters and I. Many of the stores had closed early despite the hours being until 8 pm. However these guys were patient and encouraging more customers. This type of employee is hard to find these days so kudos to them for being dedicated hard workers. Unfortunately I didn’t have any cash to tip them but I want them to know how appreciate we were.
Pretzel was like a rock, literally had to throw it away. The light skinned lady with the piercings who took my order and prepared my pretzel was super rude, and a big brunette man with already dirty gloves on was scratching his beard with said gloves that I can only assume he was cooking with. Horrible food and horrible service definitely would not recommend and won’t be back.
I Love Wetzels Pretzels so when I made it out to the Chesterfield area from Illinois, I made a special stop out to the outlet mall to get some to take home. I ordered 2 original pretzels and one order of the pretzel bites. My husband and I were chatting so we really wasn’t watching the young lady prepare our order. We paid and took our bag. After we were miles up the interstate, we decided to have a few of the bites. When I opened the bag, there were 2 orders of the bites and no pretzels at all! We were very aggravated bc we paid for more than the 2 orders. The store was not busy. I don’t know if they lady misunderstood.? ? I clearly should have checked my order bf I left, but I was definitely disappointed when I was looking forward to those pretzels and paid for them without receiving.
Terrible staff literally all screamed at us. Plus had 5 people working and no regular pretzels made. Then the big ole girl in back got attitude saying everything is fresh. Bc I asked for pretzel bites that just came out.
Wouldn’t be surprised if she was the one who ate all the pretzels her self.

Ordered cheesy pretzel dogs, manager said 20 min wait..ok so we wait 25 mins pass we ask how much longer? Reply 20 mins they haven't been made yet, manager who mind you told us 20 mins to begin with now tells us she had no idea they needed them...she was the orginal person that said 20 mins! Now lying to our face. Then tells us we can wait if we like, ummmmmm no we already waited 25 mins for this and we'd like a refund. Her attitude was far from professional, she tried to lie to our faces and was inconvenienced that we wanted a refund. This woman had no business being a manager.
