My experience at wetzels was horrible. I tried the sample they were giving out, it tasted like doughy baking soda with a hint of cinnamon sugar. I ordered 2 lemonade, it tasted like dirty sink water and lemons. I had to return it and got a refund. Shortly after I left and ended up throwing up in the parking lot. The customer service was good and didn't give me a hard time about the refund. However this will be my last time going to wetzels.

The staff takes payments and touch the pc mouse. Then, grab the tongs and move the food around without putting on gloves. There should be one person taking payments and another one handling the food. This happened on February 27th, 2019 at 7 pm. I saw the cinnamon bitz bag tilting over the counter and the bitz were rolling out as the young men struggled to put them back in with the tongs. He didn't touch them with his fingers but he did with the palm of his hand as he was putting them back in the bag. Gross!! It's proven there's fecal matter on money, credit cards, pc mouse, menus etc.

Literally disgusting drinks and pretzels 40 dollars 2 bag of pretzel bites and 3 drinks and it was all horrible I feel sick

Didnt have pretzels, said they were coming fresh in 10 minutes, we came back, bought the only 2 pretzels, my wife's was not cooked, mine was underdone too. No more Wetzels for me

Asked an employee if they were open and got a bunch of attitude and rude language back to me. Wasnt even near closing time and they were shooing people away
