Customer service is on point, staff are extremely friends and helpful. The cakes are lovely. Pies are over baked (my opinion) but well priced. Samsoosa are decent. Store abit small with the large display shelf when you enter . Please start stocking 1 .5liter cool drinks as there's always only 2liters . Parking some times is a issue. But definitely worth the effort.(try the reduced cake or caramel cake)

Could the management get staff to start earlier even if its only on weekends. No use a bakery opening at 8am and nothing is ready.
Went there on 2 or 3 occasions when they opened, only to be told the pies are not ready and to come back in 45 mins. Some of us dont have the luxury of this as we just need to pick up something fast on the way to work. Other that that everything is good. Good quality cakes and pastries.

Great bakery in Phoenix,durban. Fresh,delicious desserts and pies available. One of my personal favorites is the choclate brownies.

Absolutely pathetic service at longbury. Those ladies who were serving the cakes at the counter are so rude & disrespectful. Didn't even serve us as we were in line, they served people behind us. Atleast hire some friendly well mannered staff, pity I didn't get the name of that lady with absolutely no manners. Won't be using longbury site.

Bought a ferrero cake for R100 on 27 july 2023 at 14;15 took the cake home and had a taste at 17:00 and the cream was off.
