About
Nestled in the heart of Westchester, the Westchester Inn is a fine dining spot that serves up authentic Bohemian cuisine. The establishment boasts a warm and friendly ambiance, complete with rustic decor that transports diners to the heart of Eastern Europe. The interior design is simple yet cozy, with wooden tables and chairs that add to the homey feel of the place. Prices are fair for the large portions, making it an affordable option for families and groups. The menu features a variety of traditional dishes, including breaded pork tenderloin, roast pork, roast duck, and beef noodle soup. Sides include mashed or boiled potatoes, dumplings, sauerkraut, and cabbage. For dessert, diners can indulge in kolachkes or apple strudel. The restaurant also offers imported beers and wines to complement the hearty meals. One standout dish is the svickova, a type of beef sirloin served with dumplings and sauerkraut. Another must-try is the Wiener schnitzel with dumplings, a classic Austrian dish that never disappoints. The establishment also serves up delicious cucumber salad, which pairs perfectly with any meal. While the Westchester Inn does not offer outdoor seating or live music, its attentive and friendly staff make up for it. The establishment is conveniently located and easy to find, making it a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. In summary, the Westchester Inn is a cozy establishment that offers authentic Bohemian cuisine at fair prices. Its warm ambiance and hearty portions make it a great choice for families and groups. Don't miss out on the svickova or Wiener schnitzel with dumplings, and be sure to save room for dessert!

The atmosphere is more like a top level Diner with some of the best food I've eaten since I've come back from California. And the people serving and the reception people are out of this world. Always smiling all the food was always hot right from the kitchen and we had 15 people. The accommodated us and even let us bring in a birthday cake for my mother's 95th birthday. Give this place a chance you'll love the food and you'll enjoy the people and you'll go back because I'll be going back Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I want to give 0 stars! For discriminating against a special needs child. How dare you! Shame on your staff and management. It is not ok to refuse service or a meal to a family because of their special needs child. There are Laws against this. We are a large community of mothers, fathers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.. that raise our voice for kids. Shame on you. SOMETIMES OUR SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT EAT ANYTHING OTHER THEN A SPECIFIC FOOD BECAUSE OF SENSORY DISORDERS! SO SOME SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN WILL NOT EAT CHICKEN NUGGETS FROM JUST ANYWHERE. MY SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD WILL ONLY EAT A CERTAIN NOODLE. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO BRING HIS NOODLES ANY WHERE WE GO. WE HAVE NOT HAD TO DEAL WITH SUCH IGNORANCE. ITS A SHAME THAT YOU REFUSED HER SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD TO ENJOY HER MEAL WHILE HER MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER ENJOYED THEIRS. SO IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD WHO IS SPECIFIC ABOUT THEIR FOOD THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. WE AS PARENTS WHO HAVE TO DEAL WITH OUR SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO OUT AND ENJOY A MEAL WITHOUT HAVING TO WORRY. THEY WERE GOING TO BUY 3 ENTREES! BUT THIS IS THE WORLD WE LIVE IN.....GREED OVER EPATHY. SHAME ON YOU FOR DISCRIMINATING AGAINST OUR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My sister and I went here for the first time today! First of all the food and staff were excellent! We used to go to Little Europe on Ogden for years! It was like going right back in time! We are so excited to have found this place! Highly recommend the liver dumpling soup and breaded pork tenderloin! Everything was fresh and big portions! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
