We were driving through the area when we realized we needed dinner so we stopped here. They had one thing on the menu, bacon cheeseburgers w/ roasted potatoes, which we took to go. It's small space and they focus on local producers, so I understand having a limited menu that changes daily. They also had a nice selection of packaged items to purchase. We had to reheat the meals by the time we stopped, but they were still delicious! A cozy café and a great way to showcase the local agriculture.

This is an absolutely amazing little store with fresh baked breads, cookies, brownies, sandwiches, pretty much anything you could need. They also have local eggs and produce available and stuff from local farms around the area.
My favorite thing about this store? Their business model!! They never turn away a hungry person who can't afford to pay for their meal and they also run a thrift shop upstairs and provide free clothing to those who need it.
If you're in the area make sure you stop by and check out all the things that Southern Vermont has to offer!

We loved stopping here for lunch. The menu was more simple than the one posted on google but it still has some nice options. We got a chicken sandwich, a grilled PB&J, some sauerkraut, and homemade kombucha. Everything was so yummy (how can a simple chicken sandwhich be so good?) and we loved chatting with the woman making the food. There were a few tables inside but plenty of room outside so we enjoyed our food at picnic tables in the sun. Fridays and Saturdays they have wood fire pizza!
