If you go to this Wendy's be prepared to wait. They have a line wrapped around the building daily. Probably the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been too. Other then the wait great food and 9 out of 10 times they get your order right the first time Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Highly unprofessional. The young lady behind the speaker was laughing and giggling instead of taking orders and another gentleman kept jumping out of the window to snatch snow off the top of person in front of us's car. I'm truly not sure how this location has a 4 star rating. I've just had the worst experience in the drive thru. The young lady taking the order was extremely rude she was speaking really fast and wouldn't even wait for me to finish my order without interrupting me with a question, I asked her to repeat what she said and she literally said... DO YOU WANT BBQ SAUCE. she said it really slow and dragged her words as if I didn't understand english. When I reached the window I asked for the manager only to find she was the manager, I explained to her that her behavior was completely unnecessary and extremely rude. I asked for her manager and she said she was the manager, I then asked for the name of her manager so that I can make a formal complaint... she then, explained to me that I need to understand that she only have 3 ppl working and that she have a lot going on. I processed to let her know all she simply had to say was I'm sorry, it wasn't my intentions... She literally walked off in the middle of what I was saying rolling her eyes. I asked one of the other associates for her name so that I could make a formal complaint and she refused to give it to me, she closed the window. Then from the back of the store as many as 7 possibly 8 different ppl appeared and another person came an stated he was the manager. While all this was going on there was rap music playing LOUD, so loud that one of the other associates had to ask for them to turn it down. It seems like a big party of do what you wanna was going on in there. I'm not sure if the owner reads these reviews but this was truly an horrible experience, and because of it I will no longer visit this store. I'm attaching only a photo because I couldn't upload the video. This was the manager on duty that was extremely rude to myself and family. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
