The begging for change and food outside of this location is getting crazy. The people are right up at the drive thru window being pushy. Been coming here for years and I'm just gonna go to brooklyn park now. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered breakfast through the drive through. A simple Sausage Egg abd Cheese. How in the world they forget the Sausage and Cheese is beyond me. And then the manager on duty when I call and tell them the order was wrong " oh, well, I checked the cameras and they put everything on it." Like what reason do I have to lie? If I didn't wanna spend my money, I'd have just made ts at home. Im over this location fr especially when you have to repeat simple things because English isn't their first language. I’ve been coming to this Wendys since high school and the staff are like old friends if you take the time to say hello. Luis, Hidalgo and Mike and there’s one more guy who works overnite now, who used to work evenings. All 4 of these people always have an upbeat greeting and smile when I see them. I ordered the honey chicken biscuit for breakfast, I'm pretty sure the chicken sat somewhere drying out for a good 30 minutes, or more than it should have been out. I also ordered the chocolate frosty cold brew coffee mix. Why add ice to a drink that already has ice cream in it, hence the word ice, in ice cream. Not a very good drink, when I asked the cashier if she tried it she said no never had it!!! I'm glad she was honest but she could have at least use some common sense, why add ice to an ice cream drink. This is not my first time having problems with this Wendy's in particular, so I know I will definitely not be back Food: 2 Service: 3

Overnight workers are lazy / forgetful. Multiple times I received no napkins. Dude at window makes no attempt at giving me my food just stands straight up and puts his arm out while I'm struggling to reach for it. The ranch chicken burrito was bad. Typical fast food service. The drive thru lane was fine this visit, but the food I ordered was not hot... not even warm, just cold like it's been sitting out there for some time. Staff is top notch. Homeless guy begging for customers to buy him food...low notch. I have worked in the area 10+ years frequently go out for lunch, out of all fast food stores this manager is buy far the best. I have watched him train MANY employees he always has unbelievable patience and GREAT customer service 👍

Many homeless inside the store trying to trick you into adding a burger, fries, or a meal with your order. Otherwise the shamrock frosty and bacinator fries were good. It can't cost that much more to fill fries tray higher. OH, and beware that they lock the restroom doors at all times at this location.
