Food is always delicious, but it was ruined by an inability to follow directions. Ordered burger with no pickles, and it was full of them. Even when you remove them, the taste lingers. I can't remember her name, but the lady who was taking orders in the drive-thru around 1pm was the best!!! Obnoxious seeming grinning~ Strange guys at work here that stare at you and seem like they're laughing with each other. I ordered 2 frosties, and that was fine. But I think it's a requirement that somebody should be polite to you when you go to these establishments. Instead, some excessive meaningless grinning Also I would not have posted anything. But I saw the same kind of unprofessional behavior in the past and i've only been here a few times I saw the same kind of review from five months ago, and I thought I would add pretty much the same sentiment It's a NO for me. 🚫 Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 2

Wendy’s should be ashamed of this store. Had a simple order- 1 salad with a soda, and 1 baked potato with extra sour cream with a soda. Got to the drive up window, paid with my credit card- no receipt. Pulled into a handicap space- only one fork and no extra sour cream. No problem, my fiancée went inside, stood in line for 5 minutes, finally got up to the counter and the guy turned and walked away! She came out madder than a woman scorned. No problem, I’ll just go the drive up (by now the potato is getting cold), and what do I get? An argument! But they gave me a fork! I guess we were supposed to share it! The extra sour cream? We have to change you for it! I thought they did, but I haven’t a receipt . Obviously customer service is not part of their recipe. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As is typical, my simple order was incorrect. I ordered a double hamburger and found i double cheeseburger when i got home. Now i remember why i stopped going to Wendy's. We like all Wendy's food. We ate in couple of times and they have nice dining area. Usually we carry out. Sometimes they forget 1 or 2 items, but the occurrence is rare. I learned to always check everything before I leave. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was cold even though drive thru was really busy. Fries had no salt and were terrible. My burger was incorrectly made even though I gave it twice and she repeated it back to me. If your looking for fast food this could be one of them. Its very nice and neat and clean inside. The lady's behind the counter are very nice. Personally I don't like drive ups windows so I can't really speak about that. If your in Milford CT looking for a quick bit to eat. Try Wendy's

We got our breakfast & dinner incredibly fast. Food was great for a fast food chain and I loved the fries. Honestly I must say that there was a bit of a mix up with some sauce but it was very minor and overshadowed by how great the food was. 7/10 will eat again.
