I ordered through Uber and tell me how they forgot the BACON on a baconator?? My boyfriend’s burger had none of the toppings that are supposed to come on a Dave’s double either… I also ordered spicy chicken nuggets but they gave us plain. This is the worst Wendy’s location ever and the reason we even ordered from that location was because the one closest to us wasn’t accepting orders. They also piled sauce on top of the burgers. Went to go inside, they told me Drive through only so I got in line which was very slow, I got to The Microphone nobody answered, when I finally got to the window, the worker tells me THEY DON'T HAVE ANY FOOD THEY DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO SELL. So I asked why didn't you say something at the Microphone She says we're short staffed. There is always something wrong with this place I will never waste my time or my money at this place again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Almost every time I go to this store, there is something wrong. Today was an entourage; was told they are short staffed and can only take one order at a time (so basically a person orders then gets their food BEFORE the next person can place their order), only exact change or credit card accepted (I planned on paying with cash but ended up using my card - such a waste of their money paying credit card fees), no small cups so they put my drink in a larger cup (again, such a waste), etc. PLEASE give this store what they need so they can function! Picked up a DoorDash order inside and this place was filthy. The bathroom had grime everywhere and in front of the counter there was even a spill that nobody could be bothered to clean up. Instead they put up a wet floor sign. Atmosphere: 1

I purchased a biggie bag and paid the extra money for baconator fries and did not receive them. Their doors were not open to the public and their drive thru line was 12 cars long so I could not sit and wait being on a lunch break, I even tried to call the number to speak with someone about it and got no answer. Just check your food before you drive off….

I chose Wendy's because they are on point and don't mess up your order, however... There were two cars ahead of me and my total time of service amounted to 23 minutes. Keep in mind it was a 10 min drive Wendy's. I should have known something was up when the car ahead of me peeled away from the drive thru. I ordered a number one with no mayo and I received a Patty with bacon, ketchup, and mayo. I couldn't turn around because I only had enough time during my lunch break to get the food. They took 45 minutes to get through maybe 5 cars around 9pm in the drive thru and a good 10-15 of that was waiting at the ordering area for the lady to stop chatting with the others and take the order. the only reason I stayed in line was because I was picking up a delivery and couldnt cancel without penalty. You know, if that manager who works 1st shift knew how to talk to people, customers included, you guys may actually have a crew that wants to work. She has the nastiest attitude I've ever seen. If you don't want to work, stay at home. She argues with the other manager while the lobby is full of customers. I simply asked what sauce they had, you know because they never have all the condiments of other wendys, and she said in a nasty tone " I JUST TOLD YOU WHAT WE HAD" OK. And I just told you I'll never come back to this zoo of a store you call "your job". She is the little short black lady with her hair twisted and shoulder length. If you need to know who she is, walk in the store and the loudest person there, is more than likely her. I'm working right down the road and will never eat lunch here again. I'd starve before I came back. 🥰 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
