And yet AGAIN on Aug 30 not enough staff for dining room to be open……. Why oh why doesn’t Wendy’s pay enough to actually have Employees show up for work???!??? I see over and over again Wendy’s closed for workers not showing up - only the drive in part being open. I want to eat IN the restaurants not in my car. Come on Wendy’s- step up to the plate and retain your employees by paying them well! I really like their food, fries are fresh and good, burger also tasty. But I don’t want to eat it in my car!!!!!!! Let's see first my chicken sandwich was cold and clearly not freshly cooked and had been sitting for a while. Then as I'm already half way through my frosty there is a freaking 2 inch black hair mixed in on my spoon. (not mine, I have long red hair) can't file the complaint online bc the browser has a glitch when you try to select the store. And nobody likes to answer the phone. Not that I want a remake ever from this store. This is ridiculous! As a food industry worker y'all need to do better and stop being disgusting and lazy! The young guy at the drive through window needs retraining. He took my card and after asked how much it was he didn’t tell me and proceeded to hand me a drink that did not look like half sweet & half under tea. It was very light and orange looking. I said it looks like a half tea and lemonade. His reply, “ No that you. That all you right there! That you all you!” I took a sip of the drink and indeed it was half lemonade & tea. He took it back and said, “now what did you order?” And I let him know again it was a half sweet and half under tea. He cut me off and said, we don’t have any sweet tea. I was just told they did and it was brought up from the back. Thankful a nice young lady said we do it’s filled up. Then he told her that I needed sweet tea. She did as he said and handed it to me, because he stepped back and was looking at me. I just took it and chalked it up as a lost cause. At least the other food I ordered was correct. I just worked over a 13 hour shift that’s an hour drive each way. I usually have good service at this location. Disappointed that he made sure not place the receipt in the bag so I wouldn’t have the order information. This is the second time I went to Wendy’s in almost a week. I didn’t know Wendy’s sold breakfast. Last week I went my food was cold as if it’s been sitting there since they opened. Request hot food and the lady looked at me like I was crazy. I went this morning and got out my car and walked to the door. Doors were locked. I then went to drive thru ordered my food and bulked to window. 1st rude lady was on phone. I started telling her bout my food last week and why I was coming inside. She told the person on the phone to hold on. She said our doors not open for breakfast. If I had known that I wouldn’t have went to the door. She handed me my food literally after me telling her my experience lady week and dam if it wasn’t the same as last week. I drove back to the window and the lady that fix the food was standing in plan site eating and came to window I said can I have a refund. She said you don’t want it? I said it’s cold and not fresh. The manager I’m assuming that’s who her rude a$$ was just handed me my money without even asking what the problem was. I will never go back to this Wendy’s. Good was good no complaints but let me say I have never met a more disrespectful and rude cashier. His name is Antoine, he was very impatient, wasn’t listening to what we were asking of him, spot bad about us under his breath and rolled his eyes a lot, all because he wouldn’t listen to us on how we needed to pay for our food. And then proceeded to react the same way with another fellow customer, was just as rude. I liked the atmosphere as it was well maintained and being given some space. Food was served in prepackaged but fresh and safe to eat (especially after donating plasma). I wish I could rate it a zero. If I could sue this place I would and matter of fact I might. Very dirty service. The guy at the window practically handed us our nuggets while grabbing them with his bare hands. They forgot one item and when we went back the lady there practically tried arguing us despite us having the receipt and order stil intact. moreover we found a literal BITTEN piece of nugget in the order… No words to describe this service. This is the absolute worst Wendy's on the planet. Non-existent customer service, rude and slow. Employees standing around outside while inside is closed. We thought we'd give them a second chance, but nope, the joke was on us yet again.
