My baked potato has 4 finger holes in it...and all the toppings were in this person's hand when they fingered my food. 100% will never eat again and I will tell people. It really sucks that Wendy’s food is my favorite in this part of town but they make it incredibly difficult to get it… It has been this way for years now and you cannot tell me it’s short staffed. There were at least 7 people in there and we waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes and went through twice before eventually leaving without everything we paid for. The night before the exact same thing happened to my son and his dad. I don’t know who manages this place but it needs a revamp. I only ever leave reviews when things are extraordinary but I have had countless terrible experiences at this Wendy’s.

Would give it zero stars if I could. There were three cars in the drive thru but waited over 20 minutes just to be told they don’t take Amex. A sign would have been super nice and stopped me from wasting time. Wendy’s has lost a customer for life. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great employees, great food. Unfortunately there is lack of discipline in the younger employees in the matter of using foul language. I will always come back and enjoy their food. I'm sure this will be addressed. Looking forward to my next visit!

We went it about 4pm. Only people in the place and ALL our food was cold. Drive thru had a couple cars in it .. Service was very nice but the food was not. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I usually never have a problem or issues with this place but tonight’s was a terrible service terrible food and the way one of the night managers acted she completely did not even give the right food out food was disgusting and cold not even finished they were rude so i really not rating them I give it a zero especially night shift ……. But they were just upwright discussing and fries were not cooked all the way cold and salty…… Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Service quality is poor for interactions with anybody and if you go inside expect to wait a while. Drive thru is usually quickest. Internet and card readers are down all the time.
