If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience that will test the limits of your patience, look no further than Wendy's on union road. My recent visit to this establishment left me questioning the very concept of "fast food" itself. (it took 45 minutes) Upon entering the restaurant, I was met with the deafening hum of an inefficient assembly line, seemingly moving at the speed of a snail on sedatives. The staff appeared to be on a mission to redefine the word "fast" as they lethargically shuffled between tasks, barely acknowledging the growing line of disgruntled customers. As I patiently waited, I couldn't help but feel like I had entered a time warp where minutes turned into hours. The lackadaisical pace of the employees suggested that the concept of urgency was foreign to them. Perhaps they were on a mission to set a new record for the slowest fast food service in history. The culinary catastrophe continued as my order, which should have been a simple affair, became an epic saga of inefficiency. It was as if the kitchen staff had just discovered fire and were still figuring out how to use it. The anticipation built with each passing moment, as my stomach growled louder than the underwhelmed customers surrounding me. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, my meal was ready. The joy of anticipation had long since transformed into a bitter aftertaste of disappointment. The food, now lukewarm and lacking any semblance of freshness, was a sad reminder that haste makes waste. To add insult to injury, the dining area resembled a war zone, with unclean tables and a shortage of available seating. It was evident that the staff's lackadaisical attitude extended beyond the counter into the overall cleanliness and organization of the establishment. In conclusion, if you're seeking a culinary adventure that defies the laws of time and tests your patience to its limits, Wendy's is the place for you. However, if you value your time and sanity, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a fast food experience that actually lives up to its name. They made the most tasty breakfast sandwich for me. The new sandwich with bacon and HOT sausage cooked just right. I did ask for crunchy bacon and they obliged. Food is okay but the staff is terrible. Never an adult in site. Teenagers seem to be running the place and maybe that’s the problem. When ordering and pausing in between every item they still will tell you to slow down. At the windows no matter if you say thank you the staff isn’t gonna give you a “you’re welcome”. Drive thru takes forever because they usually only serve one car at a time. Not taking another order until the car in front of them has their food. Food is usually cold when you get it even though you waited for it forever! The owner of this place really needs to get some adults in the place and get it under control. This Wendy’s is terrible. We ordered $25 worth of food for lunch today at work and everything was wrong. Called up and spoke with William who told us he couldn’t see our order. Offered to give him our order number and he just kept repeating he could not see our order over and over again. When I asked what is the number for customer complaints he told me that was on the back of the receipt. So rude and I will never order from the Wendy’s again

When there are hardly any cars in the parking lot and you pull into drive thru with one car ordering and one car behind it and it takes you 13 minutes just to get up to order and they tell you to hold on its not good. Add another 7 minutes just to get your order placed and it becomes ridiculous. Not going to any Wendy's because Franklin is no better. Drive thru is horrible! Always slow. We waited 10 min for someone to take order, which we had a mobile order, then sat at the window for 15 min with no one telling us anything. No opening window etc. I would have cancelled but it wouldn’t let me. Attitude of worker like t it’s our fault that we had an order, workers on FaceTime etc. manager some reason counting the til at 6:30 pm, not understaffed at all just slow and not caring!!!!! It was ridiculous. Won’t be back for a longggggg time! Absolutely ridiculous. Food cold etc. I’m over this we day and the work mentality of the night shift. Always out of something. Lines take forever. Wouldn't even refund the order from my app that I never even got because they were out of chili and nuggets.... went to another location and got em but called and they refused to refund the other order. That's technically theft and I'll never ever ever return to Wendy's. I'll die of starvation first. If I could give the entire chain 0 stars I would... I miss Dave!!! I DoorDash a lot and I have a lot of orders that pick up from here and I absolutely hate their service. I RARELY ever come here even for myself but I find myself literally waiting 20 plus minutes in a 3 car car line just trying to pick up an order. This photo originally had 2 cars in front of me and I’ve been in line for over 20 minutes at this point! It would be wise for this franchise and company as a whole to take some lessons from Chick Fil A training. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Asked the girl at the window for butter for two potatoes, she repeated back to me okay you want just butter, I said yes. My wife checks the bag for butter none to be found lol how hard is this job like for real put he phons down 10 minutes and help your customers I mean I paid $22 for silly food.

I ordered through the app for delivery. The store cancelled my order themselves. I never received my food or did I get a refund. When I tried to call about my refund the employee was really rude, even thought I was very polite and just wanting a resolution and than I was told even though I have a receipt through my app there was nothing they could do without a paper receipt, in which I never received because I never got my order and I was just out of 25$. DO NOT USE THE APP. THE POINTS ARE NOT WORTH IT IF THEY ARE GOING TO JUST TAKE MONEY WITHOUT SERVICES OR REFUNDS BEING AVAILABLE. Some of the management there does not care about the customer and you will lose out because of their attitude. I did.
