Arrived 10 minutes to close, which I know is not the best. But I proceeded to ask for a Fresh 10 piece chicken nugget. As I approached the window to pay, the Hispanic worker told me they were not going to be fresh, that they were about to close and refused to make a new batch. I politely asked again, stating that, No I want it fresh, as I knew they were going to close. I did not want a gross 10 piece chicken nugget. The waitress proceeded to tell me that it would be a five minute wait, in which case I said that was fine. But she just shook her head at me, telling me no in a sassy, noncommunicative way. I then proceeded to ask her for her name, and she refused, this is asinine behavior and rude for customer service. This service has continued to happen to me over several weeks. I apologize that I could only describe her as Hispanic/ maybe black because she refused to give me her name. She deserves to be fired. Didn’t fulfill my order. When I went back Anthony started arguing with me. When I said pull up the receipt you forgot to give me then he said fine we will fix it. Then they used the hamburger that I had already opened and added another burger patty to it. This is a health food violation. This is the second time they have not given me what I ordered. I will not go back nor will my co-workers. This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever experienced. I placed a mobile order and they said they didn’t have my order, which is interesting because I saw my name on the “order” screen. They must’ve given it to the wrong person because I had to show them that I placed my order at the correct address. I don’t think bother to pay attention to who’s coming in to order or pick up orders. They just focus on the drive-thru, so that needs to change. Spent 30 minutes trying get a coupon to work that said it could be scanned in store. Lady at the window said it could only be used on a mobile order. So we parked and did a mobile order. The app told us to go through the drive through even though they’re supposed to bring it out to the car. So we went through the drive through, they tried to give us someone else’s order and then said they didn’t even have the mobile order in the system. I double checked the address and it was correct. We eventually gave up and canceled the order and went around the corner for gas station food. How can you even put someone who can’t speak fluent English in charge of this place!? We couldn’t even communicate. This place should be shut down. Period. The new renovation was a complete waste of money.
The mobile app wasn't working so went through the drive through to place my order. Ordered a baconator combo and a chicken sandwich for my wife. At the drive up window the workers were listening to their music in earbuds and hardly acknowledged me. I received a bag with my food and waited for my drink which arrived a little later when they realized I was still sitting in the drive up. Upon arriving home my wife realized they had not included her sandwich. We did not receive a receipt to even be able to show proof of it. Fries were stale and no straw for the drink either. So I went in about 30 minutes before closing, ordered 3 items and chili. Not only did they miss my chili in my order, but also told them no tomato on the spicy and no pickles on the other items. Of course they had both and look at this poor excuse of lettuce they used on the sandwich. Ridiculous. Expect me to come in for my money back for the lack of chili since the number you have on the maps sends me straight to a recording.

The manager was cold , the cooks were blasting there Mexican music. There was an employee in break in the dining room playing his phone so loud it was very annoying. New look nice but I’ll never come back here , didn’t know what country I was in. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
i really love wendy’s so this is a shame but i have not received customer service so bad in a long time. i placed a mobile order and picked it up in the drive thru, not a single word was said to me until i asked for sour cream and all the guy said was “what?” with an attitude. i understand it is later at night (I came at 10PM) but i can’t sympathize as a fellow food service worker i would never treat someone like that regardless of the time and the mood i was in. clearly need a new set of employees and or management. :/ Service: 1
