Some of the staff are great but most have an attitude and talk badly about other customers while waiting for food or get an attitude when the order is wrong. I even had management cuss at me and throw her headphones cause she was "tired of everyone" when I just wanted my missing fries after pulling up and waiting. Called corporate and nothing! I gave them another chance and another employee gave me an attitude when the order was wrong, after pulling up and waiting again! I will not be going here as often anymore. Would give 0 stars if possible. Refused to sell me a 4 for 4 unless I ordered it on mobile. I’ve bought this in their drive thru multiple times in recent weeks. Was told the higher ups won’t allow it, the cashier then proceeded to read me the dollar menu like I was incompetent. Unprofessional and inconsistent. Went to a separate location down the road and they sold me a 4 for 4 in their drive thru no problem. I’ll never go back to the Emerson Wendy’s again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ate there food was fresh and hot. They have a boo book for Halloween. They are only a dollar and have coupons for 5 little frostys. My 2 year old grandson lives them and they are the perfect size for him. We had traveled t9 parkersburg to take care of a business matter and after gas fir the 2 and a half hour one way trip money was limited. Wendys has the 4 for 4 that us a bargain. You get a burger an order if chicken nuggets an order if fries and a drink for 4 dollars. It is a bargain and the food is good. It is one if the best deals to feed your family and for them to get full on 4 dollars, with the boo book you also get a little dessert frosty five for a dollar. You can't beat it. I pulled into the drive through at 6:10 pm and made my order. I waited a bit at the service window after paying. They said i needed to pull up, it would be 5.5 minutes on the grilled chicken. I pulled up at 6:16. 6 people were served in the time i waited. At 6:27 I went in. The guy was walking toward the door with my food but only because his buddy who was eating saw me coming in. Manager argued with me saying it took 5.5 minutes to cook the chicken so I shouldn't want a refund or be annoyed. Seems like they just didn't want to serve me the food I paid for. Girl couldn't face me. She knew she was wrong. So my food sat there for at least 5 minutes while they served other customers. Got out of there with my refund at 6:34. Thank you for making me late to my 6:30 engagement!
