My husband and I went to Wendy's Wednesday and bought two Apple Pecan Salad, one salad was good , the other was not it had a sour taste so we took it back the next day because it was late we had our receipt they refused to give us a refund or replace it, Wendy's lost our business shame on them. I tried to use the app to order for my whole family and it wasn't working. When I went to the Copiague location and read the app order off it bugged out and added a ton of food. Marina was amazing and helped me as I was very annoying I'm sure. Thanks to much Marina! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Always go to Wendy’s as my son loves there nuggets. Every time I go on drive thru the service is amazing. When I pay Apple Pay they always bring the pay computer closer to my window. Today around 2:40 I was at the drive thru, the heavy set girl working there was rude. When I asked if she could bring it closer she laughed like if something was funny. Must of been looking at her reflection in my glasses. Anyway I told grab the phone since u wanna be lazy. Next I asked for sauce she completely ignored me. I stayed at the window I said could I get sweet and sour sauce and gives me one sauce for 20 nuggets. Rolled her eyes the second time I asked for more sauce. If you don’t wanna be there don’t work there. From someone who goes to this Wendy’s often never had a problem. Everyone always greets and smiles she must be new or something but hopefully she ain’t on the window again and if she is hopefully she doesn’t give the wrong attitude to the wrong person.
