I have received very hard buns with mold more than once! Today I’m over this place! Never have received hot fries and the patties are tiny!!!! Disgusting!! Beware I’m not sure how they rotate their inventory but it’s not regularly!!!

The service was perfect! Mrs.Tina, the manager was very kind and advised me really well on the menu choices. She was super polite and attentive. Nathan is also very kind and attentive.
The food was delicious and tasted fresh, too! My kids even got frosties for free. This restaurant is underrated, I would give it more stars if I could!
waited for 5 mins at drive through sign without any acknowledgement and then proceeded to wait another 10 for a mini frosty. nobody was there. One car ahead. You had one job. ended up giving up…do yourself a favor and go to another one

The management OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE to change. Look at these negative reviews, but only for this specific location. The Sawdust & 242 locations are fine. I have even contacted corporate and taken the surveys in the app. etc and no communication or apologies from higher-ups!
They make the entire Wendy's franchise look horrible! I could write all day about the bad experiences. Yet, I keep going to this one because it's closest. Every single time I go, there's a problem, wrong flavor Frosty & staff argue with me, then see it was their mistake, put no chicken nugget sauces, burgers always look thrown together and or cold, fries are cold and or re-fried/re-warmed. Worst, though,NO ONE answers the drive-thru at 8 pm on a Friday night!? Ypi drive around to the window and they'll be staff wandering around, but don't come over and if they do it's not right away and there's no "I'm sorry for the wait" or trying to make your experience more positive. Once, I had a huge problem, so many problems, then got stuck waiting for 25 minutes for my one meal, asked for a manager, and she came over and greeted me with "yeah?! More happened, but Enough said. I really like Wendy's, but I think we all need to boycott this location until changes are made.

Well, I’ve been in the drive thru for thirty minutes now. The lady at the window is visibly irritated with life and the cars have been piling up behind us. Not sure what the issue is, but I could’ve gone to a sit down restaurant and had better service and received my food faster. Wow!! And, after I thought we were waiting for our food to be perfected and the final garnish to be put on our wraps we discovered we were shorted two chicken nuggets and an entire hamburger. In their defense we received extra fries though.
Their chili is very delicious and inexpensive for a large homemade tasting chili that I could go through the drive-thru and pick up. Win-win!

GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!! Waited over 45 minutes after I was told to go to park in a spot when we arrived at the drive through window, and they will bring the order out shortly as I ordered for 5 people. I haven’t been to Wendy’s in years now I remember why! We went in the store after waiting they didn’t even have my order ready “Oh you haven’t got that yet” was the response that I received. Don’t order a Frosty because their machine “doesn’t work.” You want a refund for the item you didn’t receive…. apparently, you have to call corporate…. What a waste of time. What kind of establishment can’t issue a refund. Food was cold and wasn’t even the right items we ordered! It wasn’t worth my time going back to have them change it. BE CAREFUL. You’re better off going to McDonald’s across the shopping center.
