It's not often I'd guess a common fast food restaurant that we all have heard of a 1000 times gets a 5 star review. However, this location executed everything to perfection. The person at the drive-through was kind happy and extremely friendly. The order was probably the freshest I've ever had from a Wendy's. It may have been a fluke it may be a regular practice but either way it deserved a comment. Very satisfied experience.

As soon as I pulled into the drive thru I was told to come inside. I came inside to order to find 3 people working and a lot of people waiting on food. If the drive thru is closed, please put a sign up and don't blame it on being understaffed. This is on management.

We actually didn’t eat here because it was very slow and then we became very concerned when the cashier was also handling food. Then we saw a cook bite his nail. At that point, we left.
12/6/23. Food was good, service could have been better. Took about 15 minutes to get order. I would not consider the eating area dirty, but it could have been cleaner.

I like Wendy’s hamburgers and I love their fries; they have just the right amount of crispiness. We were on a trip today and stoped by this Wendy’s for lunch. I made a mistake and decided to try something new. I ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club combo. As usual, the fries were great, but the sandwich was something else again. It consisted of a very thin slice of chicken, battered and fried on a hamburger bun. (The slice was so thin that they could probably gotten four or five of those thin slices out of one chicken breast.). It was over cooked. On top with a slice of chicken was 3 half slices of bacon topped with a leaf of lettuce. There was no ranch dressing as I expected; in fact, there was no dressing at all. This made for a very dry and not very tasty sandwich that I had to wash down with a Diet Coke. To insult to injury I paid $11.38 for the combo and I could have gotten a nice hamburger combo for about a dollar less. No I don’t know whether this sandwich would be as bad at other Wendy’s, but I darn sure wouldn’t recommend that other people try it.
