I’m beyond disgusted and angry this place needs to be shutdown and reported to health authorities ASAP! Me and my husband stop to get food here and upon eating I found a dead ROACH on my baked potato. I’m furious that I even ate anything from such a nasty place that doesn’t take the customers health seriously. Below I have attached pictures for proof!! Please don’t eat anything from this restaurant! This needs to be sent to the corporate office immediately. I’m beyond disappointed and upset. Me and my family will never again eat at a Wendy’s restaurant EVER !! PLEASE DONT EAT ANYTHING FROM HERE! THIS PLACE IS NASTY AND HAVE BUGS!!!! STAY AWAY!!! At this location my wife found a cooked roach on her baked potato so to the other truckers please don't eat here they are not clean and it will get you sick be safe on the road and I will do the same Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Trying to get corporate number so that I can let them know how the manager on camera placed food I touched back inside where the nuggets and fries are dropped after coming out of grease. I do have on a mask and I had to literally talk over the manager to tell her I touched the nuggets she abruptly threw back in there. I called to get corporate number and she refused and hung up the call. When I say literally everything is on CAMERA! I have never had an issue when I stop here for fuel on my truck routes from Houston to San Antonio. This manager was rude to me and did the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen in my life with food. I will never eat here again. I want to speak with corporate because this can’t follow food handling regulations. This would a very much a safety hazard! Will call in am to get info she refused to provide.

Just not impressed. Fries were tiny pieces. Employees weren't very happy or welcoming. Burgers were sloppy and not very flavorful. And some items were over a dollar more than other Wendy's as I go to. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Wendy's is one of the more consistent fast food places I've found. The service is always good, the did is good, especially the salad. I like the choice of your flavor soda machine in the lobby. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Worst Wendy's I've probably ever been to. I don't generally make reviews unless it was really good, but this time, I just had to warn people. Unless you want to spend 25 minutes chewing on your dry slab of burger, DON'T GO HERE. It was an insult to burgers everywhere & definitely a bad reflection on Wendy's. Either there's bad management here or staff is not living up to wendys name, much less Loves. I'm a truck driver, pay a little extra at truck stops food and expect better service. Otherwise, I wouldn't be giving them my hard earned money. It'll be prepared food at loves next time I stop here. If this loves doesnt do better as well, I'd probably recommend avoiding and only fuel up if needed. I already avoid many truck stops in Louisiana, now slowly working down to Southeast Texas. If you're not driving big rigs, there's much better food options on the other side of the highway. Mexican food, subway, burger shop and more. That was one of the best Wendy's I can ever go to the truck stop the people the experience the love the caring the opening welcome hands from the beginning to the end I should have stayed there much longer than what I have it was a small town but the people made the town it was a very great day and a good morning that I had their blessed overall and will be back again I even dance prayed song cry enjoyed myself really really really really really well I will definitely recommend somebody going over there good cashiers Chelsea was the best employee there Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As a truck driver, after being on the road, you want some good food. At least fresh food. First off, lizbeth took my order and her customer service was horrible. Before, I could even finish paying for my meal, my whole order was “ready” sitting on the counter. The guys making the food was handling brooms and things with the same gloves they made the food with. My food was not good and was prepared in a rush. Unfortunately, I was too tired & hungry to put up much of a fuss about the service & quality. If you’re an over the road driver like me, DON’T STOP HERE KEEP GOING TO ANOTHER EATERY. Very unclean. Uncleaned tables and unswept floors. Crumbs, napkins and sauce packets throughout. We spilled a cup of water, advised the staff and no ever came out to clean it up.
