I went through the drive-thru and was parked for fresh fries. I waited for a little over 10 minutes and received my food it all came in one bag which usually they separate them and asked if it was all in there and was told that it was. I double checked and was missing a fry and my sauces. So I went back through the line to receive what I was missing and the manager was extremely rude, I may have been upset but I was in the car with a screaming infant and frustrated my food was not correct. When I went to call because the manager treated me awfully she came back with “my name is Della with two L’s” I tried to have a conversation with her because she said that they were short staffed and I did not need to be so rude. But I was not meaning to be when I explained that to her she was just extremely rude, I did not curse at her or anything. I was not even offered an apology for my food that was missing. She just stated “I checked your bag and that’s why I handed it out” but I told her if she didn’t believe me she could check for herself. Extremely poor service. I understand times are tough especially this time of year but that is not reason for a manager to treat customers that way. I had no issue with parking, I didn’t even make the boy working in a sling fix my drink that was wrong. The management was terrible and I will not be back. You need to be very detailed about what you want. Be sure to check your receipts and food in the bags especially if you place more than one order at a time. People working there was nice. But I’m pretty sure when your bun crumbles, it’s old. Food was a zero. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Only reason I didn't do 5 starts is their speaker in drive thru is some times hard to hear. People are friendly. Foods great. Fast service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was a customer on 3-11-23 and I had a real big order like I always do and they never once said anything they made the food real fast and it was all good food and got allu order right the first time the manager was so friendly as she made the food and after too I had a real good time at cynthiana Wendy's there doing so great Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Great burgers...nice and hot! Salads were also very good. Nice clean atmosphere. Not sure if the guy who took our order is a good representation of the company.

We stopped here to get lunch while picking up some things in town. This seems to be a brand new Wendy's. The staff was super friendly while ordering. After we sat down to eat one of the employees came out and gave all of the kids in the restaurant a small frosty, that made our kids day! Great job staff! Glad we stopped here and we will be visiting again while in town.

Visited specifically to get the “hot and crispy” fries that ended up being barely warm and soggy. Hamburger patty was also not fresh and was obviously pulled out of the warmer and slapped on to an ice cold bun. Staff was friendly and place was clean but food was terrible.
