My husband and I went in for breakfast. The chicken biscuits (plain no honey butter) are really good. My husband likes the breakfast baconater. The seasoned potatoes are sooo good 😊 i like that they have the freestyle soda machines like at the movie theater. Lots of choices. Went there to order food sat in waited for 5 minutes. With no issue all I said was hello and a lady got on the microphone. With such an attitude saying we have a big order. Can you wait a minute? Place my drive-thru order at 10:41am this morning (per crediy card text notification). After sitting at the window for nearly 20-minutes (at 11am), I flagged the manager down and said "Just give me what's ready. I need to pickup my kids." Miraculously my food was now ready. The employees need to understand that parents typically go to fast food joints because of the speed. The workers clearly had no sense of urgency until they were called out. If you work at a fast food joint, how can employees not understand that people are often in a rush? Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Wendy's in Ayer Massachusetts is an absolute dump. Is it really that hard to give a customer the correct order, especially after having to repeat the order twice? To be asked to park while in the drive-thru when no line is behind you, only to be served an incorrect order that is also cold is an absolute show of incompetence. Bruv. I got a baconator and it was like the preparing decided to take a whole ladle of grease or oil and dunk it over it like it was the nacho cheese 🤣🤣🤣 that's crazy (still tasted good).
