First time at the Elverson location. The floors are sticky as can be, my shoes were sticking to floor. The floors need one heck of a cleaning. The bathroom was a complete mess. Dirty toilet , dirty sink, dirty floor. On a positive note they did get my order correct and the food was hot. Customer service was terrible. I waited for my food for over 10 minutes and didn't give me straws or the sauce that I ask for. Then when I went in asked for them I got the biggest attitude. Like it was my fault. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
