This is the first fast food restaurant I’ve been to in so long that actually had pleasant crew members! I even got a “thank you” when ordering and also when I picked up my food. Kudos to the crew and also management for training them right!

I usually order after my shift as it's close by to this location. Never had a problem with the employees. In fact I found them to be very friendly and helpful. Also the food I have ordered has been outstanding but usually all I've ordered are the frosty's and the Dave's burger and fries so I can't comment as to any of the other. The Frirs i''ve had specifically have been awesome at this location it's like they boil them in the oil to perfection and possibly even change their oil frequently? Anyways thank you Wendy's.

Wendy's Hot & Crispy Fries
Food was great, so was the atmosphere but the service was not as good. The woman that took my card was rude and pushy. I was asking about the offers because I had the app open but she just shut the window on me. I ordered a Baconator, chicken nuggets, chill and a chocolate frosty. The total was 15.34

The evening/night staff are great. They do currwntly have a couple new trainees which are still learning the ropes so some patience may be needed at the moment. However the senior staff are keeping them going and providing a quality experience. A very good Wendy's location.

Ghost Pepper Fries
The best Wendy's experience I've ever had. Was greeted immediately upon reaching the counter (at other Wendy's that almost never happens). The young man who took my order was not only courteous, he let me know that I could get a better deal (more food) for nearly the same cost of my original order. They even replaced my lukewarm fries with fresh hot ones without hesitation.
This exceptional customer service I not only attribute to really good management, but also to the positive attitude of the whole crew. Happy, friendly, and courteous people.

I don't typically leave reviews, but this Wendy's absolutely deserves it. I live not too far from this location and find myself choosing this Wendy's over any other fast food location on Dixie. The service is always insanely quick and pleasant. The order is never, ever, ever wrong. Employees are more than welcome to go above and beyond for you consistently.
Just a general respect for the competency and management displayed at this location. If you're ever in the mood for fast food, this is where you go.

Here is my $5 baconator. Would you pay $5 for an old bun, 2 slices of cheese, one partially inedible patty, and 3 measly strips of bacon? The baconator on the menu isn't even close. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to.
