I just left the Wendy’s I order 3 5 dollar big bags. Grant it I was arrive at 11:30pm
And they close at 12am but there it’s no excuse for the disquality in the food. I received my food at 11:45 I stay 7 minutes away . So that not the case… just look at my fries in the picture below
To think me and kids was debating where to go ! I said let’s go to Wendy’s cause they make their food fresh ! I guess not

I mean Wendy's is Wendy's, however, I've frequented this location since it first opened several years ago and now it's also where my daughter likes to eat. The food is okay, usually not a very long wait in the drive thru, but this last visit, made clear how badly a change in leadership is needed or at the very least, an overhaul in the training department. After about 10 minutes after handing a $20 bill to the staff member at the window/register and watching them literally do nothing but stand around holding the $20, looking confused. I asked if there was an issue? The staff member asked if I had a credit card I could use and I replied, yes I do, but I already handed you a $20 bill and I'd prefer to pay in cash and asked if there was a reason why this was a problem? They said because we cannot get into the cash register for your change...As someone who's worked in the restaurant industry for nearly 2 decades, I was shocked that a cashier was trained so inadequately, that he somehow was never trained how to complete a cash transaction and give the customer their change, so I asked if there was a shift manager around or Manager that could help and I was informed that, no there was no shift lead or manager in the restaurant, and in order to get my change, id have to wait for the manager to get there(this was around maybe 7pm) but they didn't even know when that would be - which was a very large red flag for me, but my daughter was hungry, so I offered to pay with a card instead. Strangely, instead of accepting the card that I was originally asked to pay with, he declined and pulled a $10 bill out of his pocket(my change was near $11) and the young man asked if it be ok to just take the $10 bill and forfeit the rest of my money, granted it wasn't much, but still, a restaurant should be able to function always, as if the manager isn't there holding everyone's hand and definitely should know how to complete a cash transaction without needed a manager. Just my 2 cents

Disgusting!!!! I’ve tried this Wendy’s 3 times because it’s close to my house and it’s been a while some the last time I had it. Today 02/17/24 I tried it again just because I’ve been wanting Wendy’s. And my chicken on the chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way through. Thank God I didn’t let my son have a bite of it. They need to shut this Wendy’s down and put an In n out or something else. DISGUSTING! NEVER AGAIN ‼️

This is a nice Wendy's. The remodel and lack of customers make it an enjoyable place for my family to sit and eat. I've never seen anyone else eat inside. They only mess up my order, which is nice because the last Wendy's use to mess up with stunning efficiency of 90%. For fast food it is ALLright.

Dining room wasn’t open and it wasn’t even 9pm yet. No salads, staff didn’t greet us in the drive through lane or say a word just rudely handed the food to us and we didn’t complain or anything about the salads I just didn’t order anything for myself since I wanted a salad and were nice about it. My husbands fries were only filled half way up. Every time we come to this location there is something wrong with it.
Jeremiah should be promoted. Or come work for me.
I was thoroughly impressed with Jeremiah and how he handled the new cashier and handled my order period he made sure I got everything as I ordered but it was just the way handled it and a very calm demeanor that made the cashier feel in my opinion, good about herself even though there was a couple mistakes. That is a crew person handling hiccups as a manager.

They were nice and the dining room was open! Unlike the 2920/Kuykendahl location who are afraid the Covid Monster will get them after 7pm. The cashier did walk past me to do trash while i was waiting to buy a frosty and his co-worker had to call him back. They were nice and food was fresh. I will drive down Spring Cypress for the service, fresh food and ability to sit inside!

This Wendys has the worst service and food quality ever. This is the 3rd time in a row I have received cold food. Wendys advertises that their fries are fresh and the best even better than McDonald's. See picture of the cold fries. Ridiculous. The employees have an attitude. Wendys corporate needs to step in and do something. This Wendys is stealing peoples money.

THE STORE IS AMAZING NOW EVERYONE THAT HATES ON WENDYS COME ON SATURDAYS NEVER ON FRIDAYS THE FOOD IS NOT BEST AT FRIDAYS THE OIL IS A WEEK OLD WE CHANGE THE OIL ONCE A WEEK STARTING SATURDAY SO IF YOU WANT YOUR FOOD TO BE GOOD AND HOT AND FRESH. COME ON SATURDAYS

Have not been here ever before today but I was pleased. The burger was really hot and fresh. Good fries and friendly service experience. I did not go inside the restaurant but instead chose the drive through.
