Place has really gone down. Every time myself or family try to go they always say they’re doing “a shift change.” And 15-20 min go by and they’re still not ready. And it’s not just one time they’ve done this- they’ve done it more than once. They even just stand around in the lobby just talking and not bothering to do their job or take orders or communicate with customers. I know if I want food we can always cook at home, but sometimes it’s nice to eat out every once in a while. Definitely not going to be going there anymore. Rude and unprofessional. This recent time we went they were supposed to be open, but yet the lobby was closed and so was the drive through. Yet you could see the workers sitting at a table drinking soda and talking on their phones.

I ordered 4 sausage egg muffins and 2 large hash browns! The lady who took my order got everything wrong! She put in my order as 4 egg and cheese muffins and 1 large potatoes wedges! But because she put the order in wrong the receipt didn't show what I really ordered so they wouldn't fix my order! Not going to go back to this location!
