It was late when I got food so the food was nasty and warm. Cold old fries...but not as bad as sonic in Fitzgerald 🤮. Some days(rarely) the food would be fresh but you get what's convenient. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

It's good considering it's fast food. I just think they have too much to do & too few employees to do everything. Poor cashiers have to take orders & get up delivery & mobile orders too. As far as service, one of the worst establishments in town. Sat in drive thru for no less than 10 mins just to see if there was anyone in there. They won't the silent game. Absolutely horrible Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Overall the experience I have at any Wendy’s restaurant is about the same. I love the price, the food is good with hot fries and the majority of the time they get your order correct. We eat Wendy’s slot for lunch because of the Biggie Bag deals and the 4 for $4! I❤️Wendy's! We went in order baconator with out cheese and bake potatoes. Got noticed after I paid for it the potato would take 4 minutes before they got done. Already fixed hamburger so I got it and it had cheese carried it back and they did fix it right are burger went back to ask for potato they said it would be another 12 minutes. At this time I was mad. My wife wanted to try the strawberry frosty and went back to counter and no one would wait on her. Very Rude and Racist people. My boyfriend was wearing a confederate flag hat and they took one look at us and started treating us rudly. We ordered our food at 8:29 but didn't receive it until 8:58. The customers that cam in after us were all given their food in a timely manner. The Manager spoke up and asked the cashier why she put order on the bottom. The girl turned and looked at the manager. The manager then stated "oh, I know why". The cashier wouldn't even look at us when she was bagging our food. I know people do get offended by the hat but the flag doesn't represent what people think it does. People really need to educate themselves on history! We were clearly judged and racially profiled. Service is very slow and majority of the workers have an attitude. Orders are usually wrong once you get them and some of the workers have an attitude when you tell them. I understand working in food service isn't the most rewarding job around and it can be stressful (trust me, I’ve been there), but when you start handing out wrong orders daily and being rude to customers who have been nothing but polite to you, maybe you should consider finding a new job.
