Since they have added the Chicken wrap I have gotten it with the ghost pepper sauce. Day or night. I go there several times a week. Tonight, the new night time Manger told me I can no longer get it. I guess you can no longer get food your way at the Wendy's in Oxford. The workers there are fantastic as always. Very disappointing.

Attitude with the staff. Grill was supposedly closing although business hours stated “open” until 1AM. Staff sitting on their phones. Food was dried out and tasted terrible. My dog even declined it before we threw it out. 2nd visit there now and each time staff has an attitude with us.

This is by far one of the worst Wendy's we've been to. Went there last Saturday evening around dinner time, pulled into the drive through and there were about 4 cars in line. It took 20 minutes for 4 cars to order. When we finally made it to the order speaker, we sat for a couple minutes and no one greeted us. So I just started saying our order and a girl says "please wait a minute". I waited a couple more minutes and still nothing. Finally, I asked if anyone was actually working in there or just standing around and screwing off. A guy responds and say I need to be patient. To which I replied "I'm going somewhere else". As I'm driving past the window, to which only one car was waiting ahead of me, there were 4 employees standing around inside DOING NOTHING. I couldn't see any customers in line inside, and there was only one car who was waiting on food in the drive through. These incompetent, lazy people were causing customers to wait a VERY long time to order their food FOR NO REASON. Workers like them not only bring shame to themselves and their families, but the business they are supposed to be WORKING for. Avoid this place and go across the street to McDonalds.

Service suffers very much due to lack of staff. They don't do this at this location, and I don't like it, but it might help with delays by asking a car to pull aside if the next order is small or simplistic.
