I ordered a single on pretzel bread. It was disgusting and a total waste of 7.00. There was so much ketchup and mayo the sandwich was saturated through the bun and kept slipping all over the place. Unfortunately, tonight's experience was terrible in every way. I had a mobile order, no cars ahead of me, and had quite the wait. The gentleman at the window was pleasant enough. Once on the road, I realized that they had forgotten the fries. Checked the receipt and yes, they were paid for. My jr. classic was cold and dry with unmelted cheese. The lettuce and tomato was fresh, however. My son got the same sandwich, but his was not cold or dry, so at least he was happy ... until we didn't find our fries. I am so disappointed!
