My biggest issues were that the women taking my order was not listening to me at all. I repeatedly said, "JR cheeseburger." I again repeated my order before driving away. The young man at the first window was nervous and very polite when i asked why my total was so much. He was not sure. Again, the young man at the second window was also very polite. The women blew it off. I parked and got out my food. I'm eating it because I'm hungry and angry at this point! Do better people! Do better! I paid $5.19 for this. Pictures below. Mold on the ceiling tiles water dripping from moldy air vents, greasy floors lack of attention to dining room unclean. The bathrooms are filthy the one toilet actually moves inependently from the floor. The food was good, and came out quickly. Drive threw moved very quickly especially for it being a Saturday afternoon and packed ordered 3 pretzel baconaters very Nice sandwich they weren't smothered in sauce like some places do I also ordered 2 double stacks plain which were also done exactly how was ordered they do a really good job seems well organized. The outside of the restaurant is deceiving. It wasn't very clean (especially the men's room). Flies were landing on my party as we tried to eat. There was nothing special or unique about the service. They did get our order correct and the food was still good. Not terrible for a refill of the stomach while driving. This is the best Wendy's around. Food is always good. They have never messed up my order here. Sometimes the lines are crazy long, but they run fairly quickly compared to other fast food. The staff at the windows is always friendly. They seem to hire a lot of tennagers but must train them well on customer service unlike other places. Don't usually eat fast food and was unaware that Wendy's puts mayo on the sausage and egg breakfast croissant. The chairs were still on the tables, and the floor was as slick and slippery as a skating rink. Would be amazed if no one has slipped and fallen. But I was fed. And that was the goal.
