Bug in my burger..
Brought it back in and showed the lady wearing the wig and she replaces it with the WRONG BURGER
I really hope they fire existing people who worked today and bring in a new team…

I was promised a refund, never got it.
I was told I’d be sent a coupon from the manager himself, I’ve never received it.
I’ll be sure to stay away from Wendy’s going forward and I’ll be warning people of this specific location.
Better to just shut this one down, very unprofessional

You can't give a zero rating or I would have. This place is disgusting. Your feet stick to the floor as you walk in the door. The health inspector really needs to visit this place. The tables were nasty so were the chairs. Nothing was clean or even wiped down at all. The dirt is caked on everything.

Rude employees, constantly yelling at each other, every single time i go. If the service wasn't bad enough, the order has been wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME i have gone there. Will never ruturn! Writing this review to warn others to just go somewhere else.

The drive through took forever and 2 different people ended up talking to me with lengthy periods of time without responding. I repeatedly asked if they were still there or if I should pull up. By the time the food was handed to me it was 25 minutes later.
But hey, at least it was warm!
I greatly value my time more than the money saved by going here vs most other places.
It is unlikely that I would come back.

Used the drive thru and ordered a sandwich without pickels and tomatoes. Ended up getting a sandwich that was nowhere near fresh with pickels and the most disgusting French Fries I've ever had. The new franchisees are worse than the previous group.

Another wacked-out at 9PM Wendy's. Sat at the drive through speaker for several minutes then said "hello". A condescending voice said he would be with me in a minute and then called out to God. The window was left open so you can hear about all the problems. The computer was down. Had to make a fresh salad. Which NOW THAT I LOOK AT IT is not correct for a half size Taco Salad! There's little or no customers but I'm not going to bother these stressed out people anymore. Just as I finish this a worker has time to step outside. Oh now another is smoking outside the entrance! I better go!

This Wendy's without a doubt has to be the worst run, worst managed, filthiest and worse employees in the Midwest!!
It always has to be something wrong when I go there....
Always out of items, extremely long wait times, terrible drive-thru employees and absolutely the worst thing they do is 2 to 3 hours early with no warning.
Whoever owns is Wendy's needs to close temporarily, fire everybody, give a thorough and deep cleaning
And have extensive training for new employees. If that's something they're not able to do just close up all together and have someone that's willing to have a upstanding, clean
And worthwhile restaurant. Until then I will never recommend or visit this location again!!

Ordered thru the drive-thru. The person taking my order was not paying attention to me whatsoever and was absolutely clueless and thought it was funny and of course got my order completely wrong I will never dine here again. Terrible customer service
