I cannot tell you how filthy this place is. I’ve been here twice, and I don’t know why I went back the second time. And the condiment counter that has the catchup stinks to high heaven, like it has not been emptied or cleaned in weeks. The floor is disgusting. If you stand on one side of the room and glance toward the door where the light is coming in, there are swirls where dirty mop water has left marks. Pictures I have will not do it justice. There is such lack of cleanliness that I cannot imagine where inspectors have been. It’s been this way for a long time. Only 3-4 customers and NOT too busy to wipe down and empty trash. I don’t know anyone else who has posted negative remarks here. We’re not a team of people trying to throw this Wendy’s under the bus. Someone needs to get a hold of this place and clean it up, or move it to a slum. These pictures do not do not show how bad it is. I've been to a lot of Wendy's restaurants in my life, and after moving to the area last year, I've had a chance to visit this location a few times. Unfortunately, it's one of the most disappointing locations I've ever tried. The beauty of restaurant chains like these is that the food is consistent. You aren't getting a gourmet experience, but you're getting something reliable. Not true of this location!The veggies are less fresh, the buns have been stale, and the food is prepared poorly. It's hard to blame the employees since I'm sure they're being paid peanuts to work there, but they sure seem annoyed that I'm even there. Truly, one of my favorite fast food chains, and it's bad enough that I don't want to go. This place is an embarrassment to the franchise. We’re done going here until it’s under new management. Store is gross. Employee had an attitude. Said they were only taking cash (I think to deter people from ordering late). No frosties. Just all round bad. This has happened a couple of times and I’m finally annoyed enough to write a review. If I could give zero stars I would! This place is way to nice to be looking like a dump house.. dirty, and disgusting! All the employees just standing around, clearly the floor needs attention and the tables. Cleaning solution on food bar not ok! My husband asked the guy taking orders to clean our table, his excuse was he was to busy to clean tables. 🙄 There were 2 other moms with kids, the kids were running and playing around like it's jump street. Very fresh and cheap! I almost always have the same girl at the window and she's so friendly and nice, which is great first thing in the morning. Plus it's fast. They never get my order wrong and always have a new deal going on. This is my go to for breakfast. Oh and coffee is so underrated. Ordered through the drive thru and was given a whole different order. I informed them and still had more than half my order missing. Then for over 30 nuggets orders NO SAUCES whatsoever! We ended up getting 5 meals. Ckn nuggets dry and looked like they had been sitting for a while- not fresh at all. Hamburgers dry and not good! They didn't give the receipt with $3 frosty key tag! So once we got home had to call and let them know what happened and the food as well. Usually this location in queen creek is good but this time was not. they were sure quick to get me out of there but missed 2 items.. was really craving a frosty so I drove 10 minutes and ask the lady at the counter if this was everything. should've known not to trust them, but I didn't verify until I got home. Not driving another 10 minutes back to get my stuff, but just a warning to you all. double and triple check, because I'm sure they're enjoying my food right now 😭 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Just hit the drive thru to grab some chicken nuggets for my furbaby. He needed a reward for having spent most of the day at the vet (dental cleaning & exam).
