This Wendy's store is by far the worst Wendy's in the state of Massachusetts that I've ever been to, they don't serve well, they have no respect for customers, a group of Latinos who work there are extremely rude and disrespectful, they have no manners with anyone when it comes to talk, disrespected the driver in front, disrespected me with my family inside the car, don't disrespect your family by going to this place, they will talk to you and your children, and they will even say bad words in their language but surprise, we understand what you said!!! the other overweight manager who was there doesn't appear in the photos, but this place definitely doesn't have the spirit of Wendy's anymore, avoid this store, he spent an hour in the car waiting for my food and the employees inside were eating and laughing at us waiting , saying that we would be moldy here waiting for our order, escape from this place Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was honestly a fantastic Wendy's. It was surprisingly clean and quiet, the food actually came out hot and fast, and there were a ton of drink flavor options. The bathroom soap didn't smell weird like it does at a lot of fast food places. Honestly great food if you're looking for something fast and cheap. The manager is extremely rude The cashier does not how to apply the coupons Also special buy one get one dollar is not valid even though clearly posted and the manager had the audacity to scream and make it seem like it was my fault See attached photo Update: After speaking to the district manager in passing at the Westboro location the district manager was kind enough to give me 2 coupons.. On 9/28/2023. Is it possible to get an order correct here? Everytime I go through the drive thru I find something missing or incorrect when i go to eat my food. I shouldn't have to check every little piece of the order. The restaurant wasnt even busy. I just got home to take out my food and the sandwich is wrong and it's an allergy issue so I can't even eat it nor do I feel like driving back the 5 miles during rush hour on my way home from work to get it fixed. Waited in line for 20 minutes, not a single customer was served. I understand that it's cheaper to hire Nigerians but if you want your business to function you need people who aren't literal baboons to operate it.

Me and a coworker pre-ordered our lunch, lunch starts at 10:30 we were served at 10:29 with cold fries and cold chicken nuggets. They offered to reheat them but at 10:29 everything should be hot out of the kitchen. One of the soda machines didn't work and the soda coming out of the other had a chlorinated taste to all the drinks. Needless to say we were disappointed in our lunch. Manager has a very very bad attitude he needs to leave this restaurant very bad for business I ordered 2 number 6 spicy combos 10 pc chicken nuggets and the ladie gave me 3 beef burgers so I go inside to talk to the manager and he told me to F off 😳 very shocked and will not be bringing my family here again !!!! Dined in for the first time on a long time. We tried the Maple Chicken Egg Cheese sandwich for the first time. It was good but we prefer the Maple Waffle/French Toast special egg sandwich Wendy's used to offer. I had the Bacon Egg Cheese Croissant which was okay. Wendy's breakfast potatoes are excellent!
